PAYMENTS

I'm having problems with the Sagepay checkout. What should I do?
Due to our enhanced security systems, please ensure that the billing details entered match exactly those held by the card issuer. Mismatched details will result in a failed transaction. Please also check that the card has not expired.  It may be a problem with a particular card, so if possible try an alternative card. Still having problems, just fill out the contact form below.
 

DELIVERY

What's the difference between Express and Guaranteed Express delivery? 
Our Express delivery is sent via Royal Mail First Class.  In most cases it will arrive within the UK, next day, but is not guaranteed. This is not a tracked service. Guaranteed Express delivery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will be delivered to the recipient before 1pm the next day. This is a tracked and guaranteed service.

My box hasn't arrived yet, what do I do? 
If you have chosen our Standard Delivery, then you box will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class. This is usually delivered within 3 working days. Very occasionally, it may take longer. Please leave 14 working days for delivery (this is Royal Mail standard), if your gifts have not been delivered by then, please let us know.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we offer worldwide shipping. Please check the customs' requirements of the country you are sending to.  There may be a threshold level after which the recipient will have to pay import tax. The Baby Box Company is not responsible for any import duties incurred.

I require two boxes to be sent to two different addresses, is this possible?
Yes this is possible. Please process as  two separate orders and checkouts, through our site. There will be two amounts of postage and packaging to be paid. 

I've entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
Fill out the email form on the 'Contact Us' page with your requirements, providing this is before we have emailed you to say that the box has been dispatched, we will be happy  to amend your order.

Where can I add coupon codes? 
You can add coupon codes at the checkout.

Can I choose the colours of the products in your set-price boxes?
Yes, if you would like specific colours please email us on enquiries@thebabyboxcompany.com after you have placed your order.


I'm expecting a baby and would really like some of your gifts, can I send a wishlist to friends?
Yes, you can create a wishlist from our site.  Just go to the items you like, add them to your wishlist at the bottom of the page, then email to friends and family to share your wishlist.

Do you include an invoice in the parcel stating what has been purchased and for how much?
No, we don't include any information to the recipient stating monetary values 

What size are your baby clothes?
All our baby clothes are size 0-3 months.
